Explore use cases through hands-on practice and build confidence in applying AI
Hands-on exercise: Move beyond generic examples and apply AI in your own business context

Module 3: Leading Change in the AI Era (Organizational Transformation)

Organizational structures, management practices, and talent strategies that maximize AI's capabilities
Assess your current position with the AI Agent Adoption Maturity Model (eight pillars across five levels)
Design levels of autonomy using Human-in-the-Loop and Human-on-the-Loop approaches

Module 4: AI Governance and Risk

Methods for evaluating the accuracy and reliability of generated outputs
AI agent governance: permissions, access scope, audit trails, and approval gates
Responding to Japanese and international regulation, including Japan's AI Promotion Act and METI guidelines, and the EU AI Act

Module 5: AI Sense-Making Workshop

Explore company-specific challenges and opportunities for the next 3-12 months
Identify priorities and define promising initiatives, including Build vs. Buy and return-on-investment considerations
