How much could subsidies reduce your training costs?
If the requirements are met, Japan's Human Resources Development Support Grant (Reskilling Support for Business Expansion, etc.) can cover 75% of training costs (including tax) for small and medium-sized businesses, plus a wage subsidy of ¥1,000 per participant for each training hour held during working hours. Select your training format, duration, and number of participants to estimate your subsidy and training cost per person.
