AI Business Passport (Foundation)

Purpose

Enable all employees to use AI tools safely and confidently in their daily work.

Target Audience

All employees (sales, marketing, administration, etc.)

Curriculum Details

Module 1: GenAI 101 (Foundations)

Understand how generative AI works
Compare ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and Grok, including which tools your organization permits
Security essentials: information you must not enter and how to handle hallucinations

Module 2: How to Brief AI on a Task

A briefing structure that communicates objectives, context, constraints, and the desired result
Improve accuracy by attaching files and source materials
Validate outputs and iterate on corrections

Module 3: Integrating AI into Daily Work

Give AI organizational context through projects, memory, and integrations such as Drive, SharePoint, and Outlook
Use AI in Excel, PowerPoint, email, and meetings with Copilot, Gemini, and Claude
Conduct research and create materials with Deep Research and NotebookLM

Module 4: Delegating Work to AI Agents — An Introduction

The difference between conversation and delegation, and what agent mode can and cannot do
Hands-on exercise: delegate a multi-step task and review the result
Explore high-impact use cases such as data analysis, market research, and presentation development

Learning Outcomes

Choose among major AI tools safely based on their strengths and your organization's security policies

Brief AI with clear objectives and constraints, then validate and refine its output

Integrate AI into office tasks, research, and content creation while providing relevant organizational context

Delegate multi-step work to an agent and review its results appropriately

Delivery formats

In person

An interactive classroom session with the trainer and participants together at an agreed venue.

Online

Live training by video conference, including trainer Q&A and collaborative exercises.

At your office

The trainer travels to your premises. Travel, accommodation, and venue requirements are confirmed with the quote.

Online (live training via Zoom) and in-person training cost the same. Maximum 25 participants. Please discuss two-trainer delivery, substantial content customization, and travel and accommodation costs for training at your office when requesting a quote.

As general-purpose AI literacy training, this course is not eligible for the Human Resources Development Support Grant (人材開発支援助成金・事業展開等リスキリング支援コース).
