Curriculum Details

Module 1: AI-Powered User Need Discovery & Requirements Definition

Market research and persona analysis: AI-simulated user interviews and insight discovery, including their limitations and risks
Define requirements from ambiguous ideas and build a product backlog
Fact-based prioritization using existing usage data, user observations, and interview results

Module 2: Developing Alongside AI Agents

Specification-driven development: write PRDs and specifications as input for coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Replit
Design and prototyping: create and validate UI/UX concepts with generative AI
Improve code review and QA while supporting project management, stakeholder communication, and progress reporting with AI

Module 3: How AI Transforms Development Teams

Treat AI as a new colleague and design appropriate levels of autonomy
Shifting perspective from MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) to MTTR (Mean Time To Recovery)
Adapt sprint planning and reviews as tasks shrink from days to hours, addressing new bottlenecks and impacts on teamwork, expertise, and career paths

Learning Outcomes

Recognize the limits of AI research and turn customer evidence and observations into requirements and a prioritized backlog

Design PRDs and specifications for coding agents, and rapidly validate AI-generated UI/UX concepts

Apply AI to code review, QA, and project operations to improve both development speed and quality

Design AI autonomy and human responsibilities, adapting planning, reviews, and team structures to much shorter delivery cycles

Delivery formats

In person

An interactive classroom session with the trainer and participants together at an agreed venue.

Online

Live training by video conference, including trainer Q&A and collaborative exercises.

At your office

The trainer travels to your premises. Travel, accommodation, and venue requirements are confirmed with the quote.

Online (live training via Zoom) and in-person training cost the same. Maximum 20 participants. Please discuss two-trainer delivery, substantial content customization, and travel and accommodation costs for training at your office when requesting a quote.

The 10-hour and 14-hour courses use participants’ actual work in exercises and are designed in line with the requirements of the Human Resources Development Support Grant (人材開発支援助成金・事業展開等リスキリング支援コース).
